How much does shipping cost?

- The shipping cost is SEK 59 per order. Shipping is shown at checkout. We have chosen to have one shipping for the entire order instead of baking the shipping into each product, so only one shipping cost is paid. Sometimes we have offers for free or discounted shipping. Be sure to subscribe to our Newsletter where we include time-specific discounts more more.

How do I contact Customer Service?

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

- If you received your product damaged during transport, please take a picture of the packaging from different angles and of the damage to the product and send it to us at contact@department.beauty and we will get back to you shortly.

Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

- We can only accept goods that are unopened with undamaged packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns because you are dissatisfied with a scent on, for example, a Perfume. If there is something wrong with the product, please contact us .

.beauty What kind of domain is that?

- .beauty is a relatively new domain extension that we have chosen to use as we believe in the future of online shopping. We also think it looks nice. You can also reach us at deparmentbeauty.se and deparmentbeauty.com and will then be directed to department.beauty .

When was the Department founded?

- Department is run by a group that has worked in beauty together since 2019 and the Department store was opened in 2024.

Where do you ship the goods from?

- We ship from one of our warehouses in Sweden or Lithuania.

Where is the Department Community? How can I join?

- We are building a community for those of us who are interested in beauty and cosmetics. Our goal is that we should be able to share our routines, tips and have profiles with each other. To become a member, you need to subscribe to our Newsletter and we therefore have contact information for you so that we can present you via e-mail. We will reach out to you there.
